I think I'm finally starting to catch back up to the Nashville time zone. Last night was the first time that I managed to sleep through the night since we got back (except for the nights when I took Nyquil, which don't really count!). And I've made it past 3 pm without feeling an urge to take a long nap.
Despite basically sitting around in the evenings all week, I have no knitting to show for it because I was too tired to knit. Yikes! I certainly never though that would happen. I do promise crafting content over the weekend though. Tim's going to Tennessee Game Days all weekend, so I've got the weekend to myself.
Here's what I've been up to (besides catching up at school and sleeping)...
Season 2 of Torchwood (just added to iTunes, w00t!!!)
Persuasion by Jane Austen, this month's neighborhood book club selection. I suggested the book and we're hosting the meeting, so I better finish reading the book! I've seen the movie (the Hinds/Root version from 1995) about a million times, but I'm ashamed to admit this is my first time actually reading the book.
Madonna's new album, Hard Candy. I wasn't sure about the first single at first, but I really started to like it.
And because it would be boring without a picture, here's a sneak peek at the fabric that I bought in Japan. More details later (although if you go to flickr, you can see all the pix now):
