    Ah yes, roasting all the ingredients together makes the sauce taste so much better! My husband only wants to eat all the tomatoes fresh, but soon he won't be able to keep up because they are coming in fast, and I'll sneak off and roast a pan full of them. ;-)

    Thanks for the recipes! I wish I had such a wonderful bounty of tomatoes, but will instead give the sauce a try with some farmer's market tomatoes.

    Kim, why are you and your blog so handy?? How did you know I needed this today?? I just harvested 87 tomatoes from our garden last night, and I think I can pick at least 45 more today.

    Seriously, thank you - I'll be using this. I just have to go out and buy a roasting pan and a hand blender (do normal people have these things in their kitchens?!).
